Kulturo: from no inbound at all to one client in four

January – September 2026. Recruitment tech, one of the most contested markets there is, weak outbound conversion and no inbound experience whatsoever. The first results arrived at three months.

Published 8 September 2026

Short answer

Kulturo started working with DoGeo in January 2026 with no inbound channel at all. Nine months on, 25% of the clients it has won during 2026 arrive through that channel, those meetings close more than 20% better than outbound-generated ones, and it receives around seven qualified inbound forms a month from people who state they found Kulturo by asking ChatGPT or Claude.

The numbers

Result

Kulturo reports the first two from its CRM. The last two are read from its Search Console and Bing Webmaster Tools accounts.

  • 25%

of its 2026 clients, through inbound

at a company that had no inbound channel whatsoever nine months earlier. The share is of clients won during 2026.

  • +20%

    meeting-to-close ratio

Kulturo reports that meetings arriving through this channel convert to clients more than 20% better than outbound-generated opportunities. They arrive better informed and further along the decision.

  • 7

    qualified inbound forms a month

from people who state they found Kulturo by asking an assistant — ChatGPT and Claude mostly. It is the part of the channel that does leave a trace.

  • +52%

    impressions on Google

over the last three months against the three before, with clicks up 46%. In the screenshot below: 1,630 clicks and 296,000 impressions.

  • 11,800

    citations in AI answers

over three months, averaging 16 cited pages, per the AI performance report in Bing Webmaster Tools.

Kulturo’s Google Search Console panel: 1.63 thousand clicks, up 46%, and 296 thousand impressions, up 52%, each figure with its trend chart beside it, both rising.

Where it started

Context

Kulturo sold through outbound and found it hard going: a lot of cold contact to close a little, which is normal in recruitment tech, where everyone does the same thing and a buyer gets five identical messages in the same week. It had never run inbound, so it did not start from a site with traffic to optimise. It started from zero.

That makes this case more useful than the other one for most companies, and also slower: there was nothing technical to fix that would produce an immediate jump. Almost nothing moved for the first three months, and that is the figure worth looking at before hiring anyone.

What DoGeo did

The work
  1. 01 / MEASURE

Who AI named in their category

A fixed set of recruitment tech buying questions, run across the surfaces, logging who appeared and with which page. Kulturo appeared in none of them.

  2. 02 / FIND

The questions it could actually win

Of that set, which were held by a large competitor and which by nobody in particular. The second kind is what you attack first from a standing start, and it is what moved the number at three months.

  3. 03 / ANSWER

One page per question, answered in full

Each opens with the complete answer in its first two sentences and continues with the detail. That is the shape a model can extract and cite, and it is what makes a buyer arrive at the meeting already convinced.

  4. 04 / MEASURE AGAIN

    The three metrics, every month

Same question set, same surfaces, same day of the month. Mention, position and factual accuracy, alongside organic traffic and the forms that state they arrived from an assistant.

The figure that surprised Kulturo most is not the volume: it is that those meetings close better. Somebody arriving after an assistant has explained the category and recommended three names comes in with the decision half made.

The calculators

Free tools

Part of the work was free tools published on Kulturo’s own site: calculators that answer a question with a number.

A calculator is the easiest page in the world to cite, because it answers in full and it answers with a figure. An assistant can explain the calculation and link the tool that runs it, and whoever uses it shares it without being asked — which is the cheap way to earn third-party links.

DoGeo builds them inside the same repository as the rest of the content system, so they are yours exactly like every other page and they keep working if you stop working with DoGeo. These three are Kulturo’s, and they are open:

Gross-to-net salary calculator

Turns a gross annual salary into the net figure paid each month. It is the question everyone asks before accepting an offer, and a recruitment tech company is exactly who should be answering it.

Open

Net income calculator for the self-employed

The same sum for people invoicing as autónomos, who have their own contribution rates and brackets. It covers a query the payroll calculator leaves out and that gets searched separately.

Open

Severance pay calculator

Works out severance by type of dismissal, unfair dismissal included. It is an urgent query with a lot of intent behind it, and a lot of people now put it to an assistant before they put it to anyone else.

Open

These are the same kind of free tool DoGeo publishes on its own site: they answer a real question, and in doing so they become the source cited when that question is asked.

What repeats here and what does not

Honestly

One case is not a guarantee. Kulturo sells something people research before buying, with a meeting in the sales cycle — exactly the profile where this channel works. In an impulse purchase or a very low-ticket business, the same work would not have produced this.

And the timeline is the timeline: three months seeing almost nothing. If you need results next month this is not for you, and DoGeo says so before signing rather than after.

Where to go next

What if you are starting from zero too?

That is the common case and it is not a problem: it means there is nothing to undo. DoGeo measures who AI names in your category today and tells you which questions you can win, and how long it takes.
