Who processes your data

The data controller is WE ARE HEY S.L., tax ID B27645472, which operates this site under the DoGeo brand.

What we collect

The audit form collects four required fields: name, company, your website URL and a work email. You can also tell us how you would like to run it, who would need training and what you are after — those three are optional. It does not ask for a phone number and it does not ask for a budget.

Alongside the submission we store any campaign parameters carried by the URL (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_term, utm_content, gclid), the landing path, the referring site and the time of your first visit. They tell us which channel works. That is all they are for.

Why

To reply with the review of your site and, if it makes sense, to talk about working together. A person on the team answers. There is no automatic newsletter, and none of this is sold or passed to anyone.

Who sees it

The DoGeo team. Email is delivered through Resend, acting as the sending provider. Site analytics come from Vercel Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights, which measure page views and performance without tracking cookies or individual profiling.

Anti-spam

To stop automated submissions the form includes a hidden field only bots fill in, checks how long passed between the page opening and the submission, and limits how many submissions come from one IP address. That IP is held in server memory for at most an hour and is not attached to your request beyond the internal notification email.

Your rights

You can ask for access to, correction of, or deletion of your data, and object to its processing. If we have already answered you, replying to that email is enough. Otherwise send the form and say so there: a person on the team reads it and acts on it.

Cookies

This site sets no tracking or advertising cookies. The only thing stored in your browser is where your visit came from, in session storage, so it can be attached to the form if you end up sending it. It is cleared when you close the tab.
